We needed some repair work done in the attic and two bathroom vent fans hooked back up to the vent hole in the roof. A piece of sheetrock had fallen down and punched a hole in the master bathroom ceiling. A man came out and looked at the issues, took pictures and said he would have a bid for me on Thursday, three days away. He never called on Thursday never emailed a bid as promised. After calling Nastase on Friday and leaving a message to please call us back, we have not heard from him.

We hired Nastase Contracting to gut and remodel our main bathroom. My review of working with them is mixed. The end result is very nice and I am pleased with it. Cindy does a great job being thorough with design choices and making sure all materials are ordered. The process to get through the construction was arduous though and quite lengthy - forty seven days from tear-out, to be precise! There were many days when no one showed up to do any work at our home at all and on the days they showed up, ninety minutes was a normal amount of time they stayed. I just never felt like our job was a priority

The Nastase crew did an amazing job finishing our basement this past Spring. They communicated well during the entire project and were always prompt and on time. From sales to the project managers to the subcontractors to the designer, all were exceptional to work with. The end product was excellent as well! I'd highly recommend the entire Nastase team!

I used Nastase Contracting to do major repair work at my home. That work included partial siding, new windows, new deck and house painting. I found their work to be outstanding. Nick Nastase was always available.
The key to any job of this nature is the crew. I had the same crew leader through all phases of the job. His name was Hector. He as very experienced in each phase of the work. He consulted with me every step of the way. By the time we were done, I considered Hector a friend.

A couple of years ago, we used Nick and his team to build a large roof over our outdoor deck. They did a great job. Recently, I moved some natural gas heaters to a different location on the beadboard ceiling. They cut out what was needed to run new gas lines and then replaced the beadboard so you cannot tell where the works was done. Great job to Hector!
