Please if you buy a used vehicle make sure you have an independent shop go through it because the mechanics here are inexperienced and don’t fully inspect the vehicles and when you encounter a problem they will just give you the run around and not get back to you after stating several times that they will. This is a SHADY dealership along with its staff apart from the sales people who go above and beyond to try and help.

Worst Nissan dealership I've ever experienced. I had a 10:30am Service appointment for a simple oil change and they straight away told me it would take two hours. Two hours for an oil change with an appointment is already messed up, in itself. An hour into waiting the guy came to me in the waiting room to tell me that one of the technicians straight up left the job, so they were short on workers. He said this inconvenience would add one more hour to the wait time, so I decided to head out to run some errands to kill time. I set an appointment for Veterans day, without thinking it is a holiday and how busy they would be! Sure enough they were extremely busy and I was expecting the oil change and recall part to take all day! However, they exceeded my expectations and had my car done in three hours! They also returned the car to me with a wash and tire pressure adjusted! I could tell they took the time to treat my car with care. It's the details that count.
