Brandon Was SUPER FANTASTIC and VERY PROFESSIONAL!! He saw me through the entire process with professionalism, patience and perfection! The team that came to install (KEVIN and 2 others) were professional, kind and quick!

Fast and honest. They came out the same day I called to diagnose the problem and called me as soon as the part was in to schedule the install. I was really impressed with how on top of things they were. Living without AC in June is pretty awful so I’m thankful for how fast and easy things were. I would 100% recommended them to anyone I know.

A/C failed at night and I called in the morning, despite the height of summer they were out the same day and kept me informed about their progress. The technician was quick and explained exactly what had gone wrong. Great experience. I have used them previously and every experience has been great. Delighted to have such a great team at I.C.E.

Called a few places to fix or replace my 12 year old water tank. Within 2 hours they were here working/replacing my tank. I have yet to hear back from some of the other guys!.........Great Service, Great work!

Brandon the sales rep was easy to work with no issue there, the company stated he is the only sales person so he is extremely busy (caution 1). I agree upon to install two hvac system one for upstairs and one downstairs. I signed the contract and Brandon said he will pull the permit for the gas furnace and water heater (caution 2). First scheduled installation date, one of the crew got sick (no advance notification) and the permit was not approved by the county yet, so we rescheduled it two weeks later. I called the county the day before the second installation to check on the permit status and
