As a mother who had a baby during this pandemic, my husband and I are all for getting anything we can utilize to SANITIZE. We have the tools to sanitize toys, our cell phones, stuffed animals, pacifiers, bottles, we steam clean to sanitize our couch and also bought a steam mop for it is rated to kill 99% germs and so on and so forth. Living in the covid-19 era it has changed our way of thinking, doing, and generally how we move. We go out of our way looking for these tools Or companies that can sanitize for us. Had my mother in laws carpet in her rental inspected because of pet urine from the previous tenant. The tech was so friendly and thorough. Jesús came to do an estimate on my carpet and sectional prices were a bit high but the service was really good Jesus did a really good job on cleaning everything my carpet looks really good and so does my couch he explained the whole process very thrill and let me know the best option the process took around 2 hours or so and I'm very happy with the results

I'm pretty disappointed, called chem-dry, they gave me a price breakdown that was reasonable and I disclosed I wanted spot treatments as well as area rug cleaned and let them know my square footage. They told me a price and I even expected it to vary in price from $50 to $70 higher just because that's life and completely understandable. The guy that came was very nice and respectful I will say that, but after he checked the rooms and what not he said it was gonna be $650, I'm hell no! My carpets aren't even bad I just have a baby that's Learning how to crawl and wanted

We had Chen Dry of Madera clean our carpets & an older reclining chair. They did a great job. Even though it was a cold rainy day, the carpet & chair were completely dry by 6am the following morning. The chair, which we were considering trashing, came out great! The carpets look new & smells fantastic. I would highly recommend them & will be using them again in the future.

Exceptional service at an exceptional price. We used him for our business carpets. We have used other people in the past who we would never use again. We called a bunch of places to get estimates and the owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was very nice. We were happy with his quote so decided to go with him. He worked with our schedule which was also nice. He showed up on time which was a huge plus since other companies in the past showed up late. These guys were fantastic! I had a bad experience with Coit giving me the old "Bait and switch"...I called Chem Dry and they told me a solid price per square feet to clean and seal my tile. Honest, and straight up!
They showed up 10 minutes early and made my 8 year old tile look new again!
