Absolute horrible place to buy a car from. I was buying a 2010 hhr had gotten it repoed back ealy this year got my car back in late may havent been able to drive my car since June 15th at which point i was still up to date on payments here it is almost November and still no car to drive and i quit making my payments when stephanie told me not to make another payment until we got it fixed now that im 2 payments pass due they wanna repo the car again and im still stuck without a car drive. $6000 lesson learned the hard way. Don't buy anything from these people

Horrible place!!! Sold me a car on the 2nd it was broke down by the 10th, my car has been in the shop for a month now & there still not finished!! Talk to the gm she knows nothing! Everything you ask her the answer is damn near I don’t know. Also wants you to call the people & do her job for her. It’s sad to see someone in such a high position with most authority but don’t know anything! She couldn’t tell me one thing about my vehicle but wants me to make a payment on the 20th yet my car is still not finished & highly doubt if it will even be done Monday either. Just had to say the people here were awesome and the experience was absolutely great. We were helped by Smitty and it was well deserved for a 5 star review and if there was more I would be happy to give more stars. Smitty helped work with not only our budget but also made sure we were well informed about the services we had with our vehicle as well as making sure we did not leave without a vehicle. I am definitely recommending the car store to all my friends working on finding a vehicle soon because I have never had service in the car industry like my fiance and I had here. This Is The Worst Dealership I Have Ever Committed To! I Am Currently Without A Car, And Can't Get To Work. My Engine Blew Out After They Told Me That The Issue I Was Having Was Minor, Basically Pitching The Idea Not To Worry About It.
I Have Been With This Dealership For 2 Years, Seeing As Though My Loyalty And Finances Have Been Dedicated To This Company I Would Think That They Would Try To Help Me Out On Good Standing.
However, This Was Not The Case. They're Unprofessional, And Could Care Less About Your Situation. After My Car Engine Blew Out, Over A Thermostat That They Informed
