We were so happy with our roof and gutters from First Impressions. They exceeded our expectations completely for our home in Robbinsdale. From Ted's handling of all the paperwork and insurance claim information to his hardworking capable crew that replaced our roof and gutters. This was not an easy job on a 100 year old house. They had to replace many boards on the roof not to mention shingling etc. Once they got into the roof, it was a larger job than expected but Ted worked it out with the insurance company and took care of everything. These guys are awesome! I called Ted on a Sunday with a roofing emergency, he was out here on Tuesday made sure I was good to outlast the storm coming and had a crew here on Wednesday morning. Scott and the crew that showed up were rockstars and had everything done from start to finish in just a matter of hours. Very friendly, quick to respond. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I used First Impressions to replace the roof in a previous house and had a wonderful experience dealing with Ted and his crew. More recently, I contacted them for ice dam removal. I got a quick response and managed to get on the schedule within a couple days. The crew were great - very thorough and stayed until he job was done. I highly recommend First Impressions!

These guys are great! Ted is amazing. We had our roof done a little while back and the crew did a really nice job. Clean, quick and professional. This year, we noticed a small leak. I called Ted and he sent someone over within hours. Turned out, it had nothing to do with the roof, it was related to a fireplace we had installed through someone else. They fixed the leak anyway and didn't even charge me. Great service!
