We feel our experience in commercial pest control is second to none! We have many large, multi-building, multi-facility contracts including State buildings, County buildings and City buildings. We also service apartment complexes, schools, restaurants and businesses valley wide. Our office staff and technicians have specific training in scheduling and meeting the needs of our commercial customers.
City Wide Pest Control offers continuing education films for your yearly 6 or 12 hour requirement for both certification or qualifying applicator renewals. We offer them Monday thru Friday starting at 8am, you can schedule an appointment or just walk in. Our low price is $8.00 per credit hour, and we offer a friendly atmosphere.
Advances in our industry have given us the opportunity to offer "greener" solutions to pest problems. Integrated Pest Management, or IPM as is is known, is based on the use of less chemical and working more closely with the customer concerning the cause and prevention of pest populations and pest entries into the home or business.
Yes, we use water based chemicals that dry very fast and we always follow the product label. Be sure children are out of the area while you are doing the application and they can return to the area as soon as it is dry. This is my second time here at City Wide. The staff are friendly and they offer a wide range of services. I personally was welcome by Steve when I first walked in the door. The Ceu hours are affordable and if you're lucky you can choose what you would like to learn about. I recommend getting your hours in as early as possible as the classes fill up quick.

I'm beyond angry !!! Horrible experience . Laying here many hours later with my windows open and my ac cracked still trying to get this poison out of my house !!!!!!!!!! Not sure what the hell solution they used but it made me cough and my nose burn and the smell is like gasoline ??! My throat has been scratchy since they came and I'm having a reaction to their Chemicals.

I am so pleased that City Wide was able to respond to bug spray my yard. The office reps were VERY considerate or who I wanted to spray (Rob) and stated they will only spray interior if we were experiencing issues due to health concerns. I only wanted exterior anyway so that was perfect.
Rob's phonecall before showing up was perfect b/c I gave me the opportunity to communicate how I intended to social distance. I left our side gate unlocked and the check for services on our back patio table. They knocked on the backdoor and stepped back to give me a healthy buffer when they had a question

We've been using City Wide for about five years now. Two years ago I did shop around to see if we could get the same services at a lower cost and I did not find anything cheaper. As far as a quality, that's always been there, additionally, they are punctual, very friendly and consistent. Yelp is always so harsh on business reviews as they hide a lot of the good reviews which is very unfortunate for many businesses, including my own. If you look on Google City Wide Pest Control nearly has a 5 star rating. I highly recommend, just don't up our pricing

Cant say enough about Mathew the service tech .
Very pleasant and fully explained what he was going to do . Also said that none of his chemicals would harm my Lab

You call. They work with your schedule. If you're having a scorpion problem like I do, they come as soon as possible. Once they do the spray of the front and back yard plus house it flushes the scorpions from where they're hiding and it does take some time for the poison to kill them. Scorpions have a hard shell like a lobster (they're cousins after all). The product they use has to seep in through hard shell and get to the nervous system, slowing them down so they end up just stopping in their tracks. They're still a problem though. The termite scheduler is rude and tries to talk over you explaining why the termites are still in the house. She claims other people didn't update the account correctly with the treatments when I have to explain they have been to the house already. Then she cuts you off saying she can see everything annotated in the account.

Steven and his crew do an amazing job! They are very conscientious and kind and have taken care of everything from termites to scorpions to give me a sense of relief and peace of mind in my home. I have been using City Wide Pest Control for 5 years now and I love supporting a family-owned company. I am so happy with their service. Joe is amazing!! He is efficient and always goes above and beyond: laying sticky traps in the garage, checking the rat traps, helping remove spiderwebs accumulated on the patio. We had a big bug issue when we first purchased the house and now I see a lot of dead crickets and scorpions on the property so I know what they do works! I've recommended their service to a lot of friends and family!

Decent prices but it doesn't work...I guess you get what you pay for. We paid extra to have the special scorpion spray and a few days after they sprayed we found TWO scorpions. One inside the house and one in the garage. We had them spray inside and outside and the guy was done in less then 10 minutes. I thought it was fast but thought nothing of it until now I realized we aren't getting what we paid for. I'm going to try another company that guarantees none after they spray or they come back for free.

We are satisfied with the service we received from City Wide Pest Control. When we called their office to schedule service, they were friendly and got us scheduled the very next day. The technician, Jeray, showed up on time. He evaluated the situation and gave us our options. He knew exactly what to do and was very neat and respectful about working in our home. He was professional and explained what was going on in detail.
We did not experience any of the issues/problems mentioned by other reviews on Yelp.

With City Wide Pest Control, you do NOT get what you pay for, even though their rates are less than their competitors. All the technicians that serviced our property failed to completely spray the interior and exterior. On our last visit, the technician didn't spray the exterior at all. I called the office to complain and asked that our invoice be changed and the amount decreased to reflect that the exterior wasn't sprayed. They charged me the full amount. This company is wonderful. From my initial phone call and talking to Donna and the ease to set up the termite inspection she made it effortless. Scheduled a first appointment as a new customer for a Sat. Service technician never showed up to perform the job, nor did I receive a courtesy call to reschedule or to let me know they had to cancel. I was very disappointed I spent my whole afternoon waiting for a tech to show up and I received no communication they were not going to show up. 3 days later I receive a call to let me know they had to cancel due to the weather and would like me to reschedule. My house has termites (I know, gross) and so I called our regular exterminators (City Wide) for a quote. To do my due diligence and feel good about myself, I also called a second company for a quote. Just as always, City Wide scheduled an appointment (that fit my schedule), arrived on time TO THE MINUTE, and sent a very nice, knowledgeable exterminator. They then quickly followed up with a very good price. I cannot say any of that about the other company, which just reminds me why I use City wide in the first place. We have used them for years and I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews

I'm glad they offer a re-spray guarantee because you're probably going to need it. Whatever they're doing just isn't effective. I'm willing to pay extra just to get service that actually works and keeps the bugs away. The only way that I even know they were here is that the check was gone.
Also, I think it's weird that they don't sweep up the cobwebs like other companies do on service calls. This just seems

I liked that they offer respray if you find critters within 21 days of spray, but after 3 months of service, have had to have re-sprays EACH month. Paying extra to treat for scorpions and there are now scorpions galore and worse than prior to exterminating...
And to make matters worse, they give a 2-3 hour window to be home and twice now, have not met that window or bothered to call to let me know they were not going to make their time slot, leaving to to reschedule and play the "wait around for the bug guy" all over again.
Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company.
