We hired Luxury Remodels Company to renovate our entire home in north Phoenix. Moving walls in fill old sunken floors. The whole 9 years. Thankfully it was the right decision. They have proven to be an excellent builder and the whole group has some real experts in home remodelling. The times were challenging and we experienced some delays in getting materials. Also they had to terminate couple of the trades along the way. It was a complex scope of work. When they completed the project, we were amazed by their exceptional outcome. Bad experience! Had an initial appointment with this company; they took measurements, spent a lot of our time (and theirs) discussing options, etc.. We set up another follow up appointment for the next week for them to come back and tell us what they propose with pricing and WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! Very Poor Customer Service/Experience. Beware!

When we moved down here in late 2020 from up north, and bought our new home in Phoenix, my husband and I were not excited about the old and shabby appearance of the space. That's why we reached out to the Luxury Remodels company who offered their skills to design a unique and attractive space. We ended up gutting the whole house. It was not an easy process and took longer than we expected. In the end we really like all that Luxury Remodels done for us at this second home property. The new kitchen and entertaining areas are very functional. The cabinet package is really nice and overall feel for the new floor plan and the slick design is great. We do entertain, and when all the people tht are coming in to our home make very positive comments about the work done and the products. We purchased the Sub-zero appliance package through Luxury and it was installed by them as well. BBB!

Scheduled an in-home estimate. Luxury Remodels no called/no showed. Finally called the company to see what happened and was told the guy that was scheduled to meet with us had to leave the office unexpectedly over 24 hours earlier.
Not a "luxury" experience. Very surprised nobody looked at the person's schedule to let customers know he would not be able to do the appointment.
