Stan founded Overholt Construction, Inc. in 1999, when he moved from residential construction to commercial construction. It is important to us to build a good team with our subcontractors to ensure consistency in both quality workmanship and products. Even though they are not employees of Overholt Construction, Inc., we hold them to the same standards because they are an important part of each project's success.
