Had a lady from front office give me an attitude when I walk in with no mask I understand we need to wear mask but the way she confronted me is not the personal way to to deal with customers I went to put a mask and young lady attended me well instead of other lady looking at me with angry face..

I recently purchased flooring through one of Tecsun's flooring distributors and unfortunately had a not-so-great experience. I had heard about Tecsun through various acquaintances and I'd say the general consensus was: "you get what you pay for."
If you're looking for poor customer service and you intend on never needing customer support, Tecsun Flooring should be your go-to.
Without getting into the details of my experience, I'll just say that their service is an absolute joke. Even in this market. Their San Diego sales REP and their Sales Manager Richard won't call you back or respond to your
