Services
We have had the privilege of working on a variety of custom homes. These homes are scattered and blended among the landscapes of Montana, the western United States, and even London. The owner's needs and wishes are of the utmost importance. We want each home to fit the owner's lifestyle. Our residential projects have ranged anywhere from 2,300 to 30,000 square feet.
We have designed many commercial projects throughout the western United States. Projects have ranged from 3,000 square foot office buildings to 156,000 square foot corporate headquarters. Bayliss Architects has also been involved in hospitality design, major car dealership designs, and medical facilities.
Bayliss Architects has been involved in a variety of development and master planning projects that have ranged from smaller scale commercial projects, to large, multiple-unit residential developments. We take into account design, location, infrastructure, zoning, and personal preferences to ensure your project succeeds.
We have had the privilege of working on several historic building renovations and additions located in vibrant downtown Bozeman, Montana. These projects range from exterior facade improvements, to comprehensive building renovations with code compliance retrofits. We have worked closely with the State Historical Society, making sure that any available tax credits are utilized by our clients.
