They did a fantastic job for my home in Pasadena. Roberto was very responsive and assisted with my questions which is key for me in choosing a company to work with. I Have lived in Pasadena for thirty+ years/
The home I bought was a fixer upper thirty years ago,but had no time to do anything to the very very small bathroom.
I was taking care of my best friend-mother who had Alzheimer's and needed to move in with me.
The one thing we both said as we saw the house for the first time. "That tile and vanity and sink have to go"
Thirty years later I was able to make it almost go. New granite top beautiful sink and new vanity.
Roberto was just fantastic, and crossed my path when I needed hope the most.
He walked me through every step and heard me, as well

The whole experience with the Granite Center was done professionally and in a timely manner. Our kitchen is beautiful now with the new flooring replacing cracked tiles, the new counter replacing old ugly tiles and the new backsplash replacing the old ugly tiles. They installed the new under-counter sink we purchased months ago, hooked everything up and gave our old ugly kitchen a new warm look and feel. Roberto was fantastic in arranging the crew to do it all and in helping us pick out the materials. He knows his business, especially in color matching!

I used granite center for my kitchen cabinet including installation in April. Roberto and his family have been helpful and down to earth. His estimate is accurate and the person who installed our cabinet is very skillful, professional and nice. The return of several pieces and reordering was done promptly and it went smoothly. Price is very good value as well. It is very hard to find good contractor and highly recommend this place.

A fantastic job done by Roberto and his team. I wanted the bathroom to have a more updated look from it's previous awful color. He responded very quickly and was accurate with his estimates which was helpful as I was planning things out. I would use them again for other projects in the future. Their shop also has good selection so I would recommend going there to take a look.

I would not use them again and I would not recommend them. Roberto was impossible to get a hold of. Workers were short on material two days in a row. Work was not completed for several days after it got started. Granite Center was unaware or didn't care that the job was not finished. Find another flooring store, save your time, phone calls, and headache.

Wow great place. I have been shopping around for a place that was honest and knew what they are talking about. When I tell you these guys are honest I mean it. After I have already paid and they finished remodeling my whole kitchen with waypoint cabinets and cambria counters. they did my down stairs bathroom counter top for free and as surprise. They are the nicest people I have ever met. Now I'm going to do my upstairs bathrooms :) Roberto is an amazing interior designer. He has beautiful views and visions that I would have never thought of.

I got our kitchen remodeled with Roberto at Granite Center. He was professional, gave us great ideas and option to fit within our budget, patent when we couldnt make up our mind on the color of the quartz. Then his after installation support was excellent. He personally came out to help us adjust little things on the kitchen cabinets and to show us how to clean the quartz counter tops.
The results were excellent and finished on time in a very tight schedule. Now the kitchen is the focal point of the house and we always get complements when we have guests over. We will definitely use Granite

Context: I had Granite Center install two pre-fabricated Quartz countertops, one in my kitchen (L-shaped) and one in my bathroom. It was a small job, but important to me, and Granite Center very much treated it that way.

Eli was very helpful in helping us choose tile and accents, and was very patient. he also provided some contractor's for shower glass doors and other areas which was very helpful also. my order was ready in two days, super quick, and Roberto dropped off the order at my house for no extra charge, which was super helpful since I do not have a truck to pick up the materials. very good selection the showroom, would come back again

I recently remodeled my condo's kitchen with semi-custom Waypoint cabinets, Ceasarstone counter tops, and a tile back splash from Granite Center. I found Granite Center to be professional, easy to work with, accommodating, and provided good pricing. I liked that Granite Center is not only a certified seller of Ceasarstone, but also a certified fabricator as well. While there were only a couple small items needing correction from the installation, they were handled quickly and without any hassle. I've had a couple different contractors that were in my condo attending to other work

We used them a while back. Their prices were reasonable but then I learned that you get what you pay for. They did 3 bathrooms for us and the granite counter tops had a seam split in the middle (it was not one whole piece of granite) it was not something I thought I'd have to ask -i just assumed the counter top would be 1 piece. I feel I should have been informed and given the option -I would have paid more $$$ if that was the case that they were trying to just save their costs and not buy a larger granite slab. Roberto is the best, we used him last year to remodel a laundry room and 2 baths. His quote was so much cheaper than a General Contractor in Monrovia that we did 2 baths instead of the one we were planing on. The work was done within one week , looks great and makes me smile every time I look at it. I have referred 3-4 people to Roberto.
