Steamboat carpet cleaning was started by Mike & Carol Mason in 1992. Mike had been in the carpet cleaning industry for 10 years when he started his own company. Steamboat has grown from a one truck owner/operator to a 6 truck operation with 8 technicians. Our goal is to offer quality carpet & upholstery cleaning at a price most can afford.
I've been using steamboat for many years and i'm always happy with the results. We just had service done on Saturday and I just wanted to let the owner and management know that this was the best crew we've ever had! Any issues were told to us asap and were explained. I just want the owner and management to know so they can pass on the praise to the crew so they know what a stellar job they are doing!

I have used Steamboat Carpet Cleaning for about four years. Request Kimanie, he has worked for them about that amount of time and has been at my home at least ten times. I volunteer with a rescue group and foster cats throughout the year. They are a small company that does a great job with the expected cat smells. Mike, Cheryl and Carol are the people you will talk to. Book them with confidence.

This company is awesome. I have a rental property with three bedrooms, stairs, and a family room and dining room combo. I had used a different company a year ago and they could not get out one stain in my master bedroom out. A year later and a family of 6 with two dogs who made many stains on the carpet and Steamboat was able to get that darn stain out of the Master bedroom and more. It looks so much better. The living room stains are gone. They did an amazing job!

Carol, the scheduler was great. But JD showed no pride in his work. We did a move out carpet and grout clean. So of course that was the last thing we scheduled. Well not only did he leave scuff marks all over the freshly washed and painted walls from the machine but he wore dirty shoes and left dirty footprints throughout the entire house. Which I probably would hv overlooked if the work he completed was just slightly up to par. But it wasn’t. Needlessly to say, I had to re-clean walls, re-mop, and scrub tile. He was in such a hurry to leave he couldn’t take 60 seconds and ask me to move my
