They (5Star)said I needed a new hot surface igniter for $310 to be installed.( Part costs $25 and takes 1 minute to install by the way).But that part wasnt broken Another company came out-it was the limit switch that needed to be RESET only. This elderly disabled woman VERY unhappy....My heater works perfectly now after the reset

Hi! We had an excellent experience with David he was prompt, we explained the situation that we were having in our home. David let us know what was going to happen he gave us options on our situation. He said not to worry that he will get it taken care of, that most of the time it is the first option. As he was working he was explaining to us what was going on that there was old blockage in drain (seems as from previous owners) we did mention to him that we had just moved in 5 months ago. Thankfully the reviews for 5 Star Plumbing were ALL GREAT, so I went with them. From the nice person who answered my initial call and scheduled a repair person consultation, to the time promised when someone would show up, and of course to the very end when David disclosed anything that could go wrong when attempting to remove a very old shower fixture. Man! This guy DAVID knows his stuff. He even showed me the problem and explained in detail what needed to be done next, along with the promised price. WE ARE GRATEFUL that David with 5 Star Plumbing took care of our mom!!

We just had them hook up our stove. I was quoted $400. Was charged $485. The service man did not do what we had agreed upon (did not place a new cutoff valve). You can see from the picture supplied all that was done was hook up 2 hoses of different sizes, with a reducer and hook this up to the supply line and the stove! Are you kidding! This costs $485.
What a rip off. I am very displeased with this company and warn you not to use them!!

Christian is AMAZING! I truly can't express this enough. Our property Mgmt company is a joke and sent some guy I believe they found on craigslist to fix our water heater problem. Not only did the first guy take over a week to replace it, he installed the wrong one (for our ventilation system), and put in the a plastic exhaust which was already starting to warp within 24 hours. I insisted that mgmt send out a professional and we hit the jackpot! Christian came after hours, stayed for hours and narrowed in on ALL the issues immediately. Today, less then 24 hours later we have a brand new, proper
