Things started out fine with Alco. Donny (the owner) was the one to come to the home we rented and he spent a lot of time trying to figure out the roach issue going on. We were happy with the service he provided at first (In April). We learned that we moved into the rental with an existing roach issue and Donny tried to get things under control. Since he seemed committed, we overlooked the fact that he would show up late all the time; things happen. But then Donny would stop showing up at all for scheduled appointments, it was a hassle trying to hunt him down to come and do his job. We would hear

Donny and his team are professional, courteous and expert in their work. Affordable too. We've been using ALCO for over 13 years and have rarely had a problem due to their preventative treatment program. Any specific problems, he has a solution for as well. I would recommend ALCO to friends and family.

Unfortunate situation. Had an issue that needed immediate attention. They came out 2 hours late, did what we thought was a thorough job, but a week later, the issue had not cleared up. They came back out and treated it differently than the first time, but wasn't as thorough. After realizing the issue still hadn't been resolved, we attempted to contact the person who we had been dealing with, but he would not respond or return calls. We were given a guarantee that they would eliminate the problem, however, they avoided us. We ended up finding another exterminator who came out, did a completely
