I tried reaching out to this company for our office building media/audio rooms, and the employees were all talk no action. I waited for over a month and still haven't received a quote - despite speaking with an employee multiple times and eventually his manager. The non-responsiveness was the most appalling aspect of this company! Poor customer service and disappointing loss of business on their part.
