They came out and gave me a good quote but the guy said he would have everything ready for me Tuesday at 12:30. So I took the day off to be there with him and I got a call Tuesday morning saying they didn’t have the door in stock which you would think they would have checked first before setting an appointment so I called apex garage doors and they came out the same day and got it done for me the guy seemed really nice and professional but he didn’t even give me a quote or anything it was all verbal with apex I got a quote via text and a reminder that they where coming I’m not real happy

I called on a Thursday for repair of my garage door. I was told they could probably get it done same day if not definitely Friday. I would receive a call back after they contacted the service guy. Thursday went by and most of the day Friday I called around 4:30 pm and told them I was expecting a call for my repair and hadn't received it. All I was told was the guy was out of town until Monday. That would have been nice to know prior to waiting around expecting to get my door repaired before the weekend. Had I know before hand they would not call me back to do the repair as stated I could have contacted

After shopping around with several companies in central Ohio, Garage Door Pros was able to knock off a TON from all of the competitors! My garage door opener was having problems and I avoided having it fixed for a bit due to a really high price I received from a different company. I called these guys a week later to research further. Their price was much lower and the work was done very well. The person who helped me was very nice and pleasant to be around as well. I would use this company again and recommend to you as well.
