I’ve been using Benson Landscaping all summer. We were on a biweekly schedule and had no issues until I had to cancel one time for a death in the family. It was 28 days between the yard work. But the yard hadn’t even gotten that bad. It was higher in the middle of the summer than now. Patrick tried to charge me extra for “overgrowth” but had his secretary at the office call me instead of coming to talk to me when he was already on my property. Requested that he call me back so that I could explain why I refuse to pay the extra and he hung up on m. That’s not at all professional in my

Fair prices, timely. Seem very nice, almost didn’t even post this review because they have perfect reviews. But after four months, the guys coming to cut my grass continued to cut on lowest setting for several weeks during a drought. It destroyed the yard. When I canceled service and offered to show them the owner didn’t even seem interested or to care. Whoever does the weekly yards clearly doesn’t have any supervision or proper discretion on tool settings. It’s going to take alot of money to fix and the after pictures I’m posting are actually after lots of work past few weeks and watering
