The single most unprofessional business I have dealt with in my life. I have lived in The Woodlands for 21 years and in general have had good experiences with local businesses. Not this company. Run as fast as you can. Their sales staff is both incompetent and liars. They make promises that they can not deliver. I would give them less than one star if I could

I previously posted a very negative review based on a misunderstanding between myself and the sales staff. I regret that review. I received an email with an apology from the owner of the business. I can not give them a five because the transaction was not completed. But, I will give them a four based on the courage it took to reach out with the apology and a sincere offer to renew a business relationship.

Customer sevice at this business needs a huge makeover. Communcation by installation rep and sales person with us was non existant. No masks were worn today and no one bothered to ask if we were ok with it. Had to call the office to see if or, when they are coming. No follow up by rep to see if everything was correctly installed. Disappointed with the handling of this job by the agents, yet the men who actually did the work were efficient and professional. Sorry, but customer service is a deal breaker and will not recommend.

Received bids on two jobs. In both cases phone calls were never returned as promised and my wife and I were constantly calling to follow-up on promised information that was not forthcoming. When the carpet was finally installed the installers just showed up first thing in the morning after telling us they would call with a time window.
The other job was never followed up by Spring carpet after several attempts to get a bid on the job...business must be good.

I recently hired Spring Carpets to install new carpet and padding in two of my bedrooms and closets. They were very easy to work with and care about their customers. Communication with them was via e-mail or phone and they are wonderful about answering all of your questions. Scheduling installation was also very convenient and flexible. I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company. They installed carpet for us that they had said was top of the line. Within 6 months the carpet looked awful with tracking and discoloration. We called them and they came out and took pictures agreeing it looked terrible. We never heard from them again even after numerous phone calls and attempts. We have found much better flooring companies in the area.

I meant to write this review some time ago, and because I am checking into flooring for a new home, Chris and Spring Carpets came immediately to mind. So, I am happy to post my very positive review today. Chris and his crew have done two jobs for me and I cannot say enough about how good the experience of working with them has been --installers and sales. On one job Chris found a match for my original wood floor that was downstairs (that had been laid 11 years ago), so I could have the same flooring upstairs. Bought carpet through Costco. We had some issues getting the samples, but the team worked very closely with me to work through all our hiccups. Ended up the carpet color I selected was discontinued, they found another similar carpet that matched the color I had selected. The carpet was more expensive but they waived the difference and provided me the upgraded carpet at my original quoted price. The team, in particularly Kimberly Parks reallly worked hard get the carpet installed. Thanks

When updating our office we went to Spring Carpets several days before they had a sale event. The rep was so nice and helped us pick a carpet that was high traffic and durable. We weren't planning to buy until the sale event but he came out to our office that afternoon to measure the area, which was very prompt. We went back during the sale that Thursday, paid for our carpet and it was installed in under 24 hours. We have been so happy with the customer service we are planning to use them for our homes as well! Plus the floors look amazing!

Spring Carpets was recommended to me by my Insurance company after a water leak damaged my floors. They were quick to set up a consultation and the install went quite well. Floors look great in fact. It is the chain of events after the floor install was completed that lead to my two star rating.
It took a week and a half to get someone to return my call and finally schedule painters to come finish the baseboards. This is after calling each and every business day for the duration. When the painting was completed the painter pointed out that the color did not match the existing trim pieces

We had new hardwood flooring installed last May. One of the boxes was the wrong color of flooring, so we had to agree to use pieces that were rejected from other boxes to finish the job. I have been trying since then to get either a refund for the box that we couldn't use or at least a box of the right color. I returned the unusable box months ago. After many phone calls and messages on my part, I finally had someone agree to look into it but of course I never heard back. Any suggestions on where to take this next? Better Business Bureau? Small claims court?
