This is an add-on to my previous post from a while back, when we had extensive plumbing and drain issues expertly repaired by Dan and Jamie. Since then, Dan and Josh have returned for a couple of other slightly less dramatic (and less costly) repairs, the most recent being the removal of an unnecessary heater in my garage. Ok, I've been a homeowner for quite a few years. Thinking back, there are may be one or two repair persons in my experience that I trusted as much as I trust Dan. I'm serious. Told the crew that arrived what I wanted done (drain cleaning) in 3 locations, but they only did one because they "had to get to another job". Would have only taken them a few more minutes but that didn't matter because the ticket only had the one drain on it. When I scheduled the appointment they never asked if there was more than one drain or if there was any other work that needed to be done. Terrible customer service on every level. Not using them again.

My furnace was only pushing out cold air. I replaced the filter, but only cold air would come out of the vents.
My landlord could care less if I have no heat in the winter.
I placed a call to CMC and was scheduled with Dan. Dan came over, quickly inspected and repaired the furnace with no hesitation. I was very impressed with Dan's expertise and professionalism.
I cannot thank CMC and Dan enough for the lighting-fast response and for repairing my furnace.

They checked the sewer lines using their sewer scope. No problem detected. No cleaning was necessary. We had no problems with our sewer lines but after 26 years living in our home we wanted it checked out. We have piece of mind knowing there are no potential problems. Dan and his team did a great job.

This company has been our go to from the time we were doing inspections on homes we were looking to purchase on a side of town we were not familiar with. They have replaced our water heater, hose bibs, outdoor spigots, and replaced and put in our entire sewer main (had to jackhammer our basement floor front to back of the house!) They are very professional, always quick to get to our home if we’re having issues and genuinely nice guys! The owner drove to our home himself and explained step by step how they were going to replace our sewer main. I recommend them highly. We always try to support

Dan came out and installed a new whole-house humidifier on our furnace of which he did a superb job. Very professional, clean and the workmanship is top-notch. (I can be very particular.) During the process he needed to access our laundry room and as soon as he set foot in there he said, "You have a gas leak." He got his equipment to test it and sure enough, we had a leak around the valve. When he finished installing the humidifier he ran to Home Depot to get a gas valve and when he returned, he installed it for just a nominal fee. I will definitely be recommending CMC and will call them again
