After asking friends and looking through reviews, I contacted Arrow Construction and demolition to look at my roof. Ramon the owner, walked me through the process, took over dealing with the insurance company, keeping me in loop every step of the way. Installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, I Appreciate the job that was done at my house.

Customer BEWARE!
Arrow construction started my project with great zeal, but here I am 9 months later with a torn up and damaged house, forever ruined backyard, and a pile of dirt that is supposed to be the slab for my room and garage addition. Ramon and Jason refuse to reply to emails and phone calls. They gladly took my $25k and then abandoned my project 4 months after it was supposed to be completed. It is so sad that contractors feel the need to treat customers like this. After they began slow rolling me, they would say, "Don't worry, we will get it done." After sending them a demand letter
