Awful. Terrible cleaning job. I purchased a one time cleaning for my sister who had just had a baby. I had hoped to lessen her load, but they just took the money and the cleaning was sub par. Kitchen floor wasn’t mopped. Bathroom floor wasn’t mopped. Barely swept in bathroom and master bedroom. Didnt dust under the bed, didnt vacuum in the corners of the living room When they asked about my satisfaction, I was told to send pictures so they could set up a reclean. I was then told it was not eligible. Highly disappointed and will NEVER use this service again.

Was verbally assaulted in front of my 3 children in our home, lied to, and scammed by the manager Yul. Tried multiple times and left messages with staff Aya, Peach and another girl, to get in touch with Brunson, and 3 weeks later, I still have not heard back.

So after a few months, I feel the need to update my review. Our housekeeper was a very nice woman, but a few sessions in our house was definitely not as clean as it was the first few times. I was repeatedly calling her back to come complete tasks, the biggest being dusting - or cleaning the bathroom sinks. Also, she hardly ever showed up at her designated time or date. As a working mom, I'm very sympathetic to having to deal with your kids. I tried to book online and they gave me a date and time online. I got a call from their office saying they were not available on that date. I reluctantly let them book for the following Saturday and then they told me they could not make it. They charged my card a date ahead of time. They were not rude or snippy just unprofessional. I was going to book an annual if they did good, They just lost $7020 a year. They apparently do get a cleaning but I will never know. I represent new business which is the life blood and any company and they failed.
