We have used them for carpet cleaning in the past several times and have always had great service until this time. There were issues with the quality of the cleaning and I called and asked if someone would come to take a look. The office person said someone would call me back. I waited several days, no one called so I called again. The person that cleaned the carpet then called me and just said he did a good job it wasn't on their end. No one came out even to look. I won't use them again.

The staff was extremely professional. Great service a great explanation of what was going to be happening during my duct cleaning. I would definitely recommend! Before & After photos of the work that they performed were amazing. Multiple pets and children in my household and you can really tell the difference afterwards. Thank you so much!

The owners are great Is when you ask for hours or you get hired in olson in your hours get cut When you go from working 8 hours to 7 hours in the job is great I love what I do but when you ask your boss for more hours or you ask your supervisor for more hours and he doesn't understand you in it's a language barrier between everything and all the other coworkers are getting more hours than anything else and all your asking is to go back to eat our status 7 hours in Houston there's no Room for

DO NOT use this service. I had a contact with them. They did not show up and when they did they did a horrible job. Totally undependable and truly poor service. When I inured as to when I would see a janitor they cancelled my service with no notice.

First of all, I feel like the person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and informative and I would rate their customer service 5 stars. All the employees who came to my house were very kind and friendly. However the actual quality of the work was so terrible I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I had called about 3 weeks in advance to make an appointment to have our duct work cleaned, our carpets cleaned, and a whole house cleaning. We had just purchased a home and wanted to have all these things done before we moved in. The appointments were made with no problems seemingly.

We were pre move in to a house we bought and asked for them to clean the carpets and kitchen, bathroom and one small room in the basement. Two people who did not speak English or understand my questions did the rooms for four hours. In that time they cleaned one small bathroom 4 light fixtures/fans and behind a refrigerator. The carpet cleaning was fresh smelling but that was about it for $500.00. Definitely never again, they were chosen for their reputation of quality work at a fair price, definitely not quality or fair.
