Replaced a deck. Terrible workmanship, worse customer service, charged thousands. Deck boards were waving, railing was off center and not level. He claimed the boards would straighten and the rails just needed an adjustment- which he did not do. Excuses and blaming the customer. Hired a real professional that fixed his horrible mess and the deck is now beautiful. Save yourself the trouble and pass on this fake.

James and his crew removed the decking and rebuilt our huge wood deck, brought it to code, reinforced it for a hot tub and worked diligently on creating a remedy for a water leakage issue our home suffered from due to unusual construction, (we have a double a-frame).
They were always punctual, incredibly polite and James kept me very informed along the entire way. He even removed a stray bat that had found its way into our home!
This was a tremendously huge project and it took 4+ weeks, with the guys working in the heat of the summer. Our home sits on a steep hillside so the deck is high off
