I setup appointment with Elite Garage Door, they subcontracted and sent unknown third party company to my house without letting me know. Third party company did not have proper name tag. They showed up to my house without knowing who sent them. Very unprofessional and deceptive. I went with online reviews, made a mistake. I would stay away from this company..

I had backed into my garage door in a hurry to get somewhere, and an unsolicited, well-meaning neighbor who had been trying to help made a fairly minor problem worse. Our garage door spring broke yesterday trapping my wife's SUV in the garage. We called one service and they said they did not have the replacement springs in stock and the lead times were out over a month due to the supply chain interruption caused by the pandemic. We called Elite next and Cameron, the tech from elite showed up within an hour of our call. He had the right springs and quickly replaced our broken one. They're great!! Called for help about 9:45 AM because my garage door wouldn't close. One owner was out in less than an hour to investigate, the other owner was out in another 90 minutes and I had a whole new system to replace the 20-year old one that had broken before 2 PM. Cost was very reasonable!
They were immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would give 11 stars if I could!!

I called Elite garage doors after I had been scammed by another garage door company and not only did they arrive within 30 minutes and do the quick fix but refused to even accept a call out fee. This company is 100% genuine kind and professional and I needed them after a horrible experience with someone else. Came home after a long day at work and my garage door wouldn't open. After hitting the button numerous times, trying to force it open and cussing at it, I googled common problems with garage doors opening. Got home from work and went to shut my garage door to keep my car inside and it would not shut. In fact, it was completely crooked! I called everywhere I could find and it was either incredibly expensive or they just wouldn't send anyone out to my house at 8 pm. I couldn't just leave the garage door open all night. Called him at 9:30, said he'd be here by 11:00. Got here at 10:30 and got right to work. Quoted me parts and labor ahead of time and charged me exactly to quote. Since the door was busted, had to come through the house initially. He was respectful of my floors (carried his equipment rather than rolling on my tiles.). Got the job done and was super cool the whole time. This kind of tradesman is a dying breed; I'm grateful to have met him.

EXCELLENT service! Made the terrible decision to try and fix/balance/level my garage door by myself... To make a long story short it did not end well. Placed a phone call to Elite (on the weekend) and within 45 minutes Arkadi had arrived to our house to diagnose the damage I had done to the door. An hour later garage door fixed, balanced, and leveled and working great. Arkadi was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!

My garage door has been broken for a few weeks now and I've been putting off getting it fixed because I figured it would be a royal pain and I didn't want to take the time off work.
