The moving company called me last minute when they were already supposed to be at my house and said they needed to reschedule for the next day which was not possible for me to do. I had arranged for 3 movers with a truck to be at my house by noon. They only sent 2 movers and no truck and didn't get to my house until almost 4pm. This caused the move to take twice as long because of having no truck and they still charged me full price for the move. I will never use them again and I recommend no one else does too.

They were 3 hours late, jacked up a lot of my furniture and forgot to move my washer and dryer. They offered to go back and get it but I wasn’t going to pay for another hour and a half for them to move something that should have been in the first trip. After that they messed up the billing and over charged me. It took a month to get it refunded due to them never answering the phone.

Workers were taking 20 minutes in between coming up and down the stairs. This was addressed with supervisor and he stated he would talk to them to resolve this issue. He yelled at the top of his lungs and disturbed neighbors. Even after that, I… did not see the workers more than 4 times per hour moving stuff from our apartment.
Since they were taking so long we asked them to take what they had already loaded in the truck and the big things only. My pregnant wife and I are having to move

Let me start by stating the reason behind hiring movers was me being very pregnant at the time. The first discrepancy was one mover dropping my Aspen log bed frame down the stairs because he was rushing, and it's not been the same since. They also broke my antique marble top buffet that I inherited from my deceased Grandparents. My Grandma had it custom made. I asked them to please secure the marble top to the buffet with plastic wrap ( because the tops aren't secured ), along with my marble coffee table. One mover, the new guy, secured the coffee table. Had such a pleasant and easy moving experience with this crew. From the first contact with the owner, the the guys who packed and moved our stuff, they were clearly driven with the purpose of making us happy with the entire moving process. They kept us informed all along the way and made sure every action they make was known to us. WE had this challenging heavy grill that needed to go to the garage and they faced this challenge head-on without complains and succeeded! The movers themselves were friendly, courteous, hardworking and dedicated to their work. What a great company!

I had good reasons to hire DieHard and soon it became apparent when they were handling my move. This company was strongly recommended by a friend and I certainly saw why. The movers were too good! I booked a move for today. The truck was supposed to be here at 3 PM, and so I reserved the freight elevator in my apartment building for the hours of 3 PM to 5 PM. That was the latest it could be done. After countless excuses and zero accountability, they are now over four hours late. I now have to unpack myself in order to have a place to sleep… for the night because I was relying on them to move today. The gentlemen who turned up were very polite, friendly and professional. They moved out the items from the apartment swiftly and efficiently. They took care of my items, even when storing some of my items at the storage unit. To make it short, it was the best moving experience i have had so far. Would recommend them to others.

Diehard provided us with a very professional move last September. Even the drenching rainstorm wasn’t able to stop them. Best of all, there was no water damage incurred. All items were accounted for and every box and furniture was dry… including the large sectional that we have. The moving crew as courteous and efficient in completing our move within the time frame they’ve promised.
