We came home this afternoon to a hot house with the A/C not working. We called Rideout and they were at the house within the hour. Thankfully it was a simple fix and the price was great. The technician was friendly (despite the fact that it was after 5:00 and he had been working in the heat all day). We appreciate their honesty and integrity coupled with great work and prices.

Twice in the past two years I've had to do call for AC repair. I'm on a very tight budget so I called the cheapest repairs I could find. Both times I ended up having to call Rideout after because the "cheaper" companies could not fixed the issue. From now on I will always call first should I need them again! Very professional and get the job done right the first time!

Had Techs out twice to repair AC not keeping temp. Told tech the pump wasn't cycling properly and needed to be replaced. He told me the pump was fine and you can't hear it?? Huh?? His excuse was "it's hot outside"... Yes that's why we have AC...Cars have AC and you wouldn't use that excuse. Long story short, went to Home Depot and replaced the pump. AC is 70 all day...

I purchased a new AC unit from Rideout. They did not try to oversell the equipment and recommended only what I needed. The crew worked efficiently and had the installation complete within a few hours. I will gladly call Rideout for annual system maintenance.

I was given their name from my neighbor. She was extremely happy with their service. I will be letting all of my neighbors know who to call if they have an a/c problem. They do not try to sell you something that you don’t need. The company that came over before them, tried to sell me a $8,000 system.

Rideout & Sons came highly recommended. So we emailed them before they were open this morning. They called us at 7:00 am, were at our house by 7:30 am and replaced our old, broken a.c. by early this afternoon! Their prices are very reasonable. They are reliable and trustworthy. I found out today that many people I know use this company. All are happy customers! Thank you Rideout! I am living my best life in cold air conditioning!!

This company was recommended by a friend. I called them yesterday and they set up an appointment for today (amazing). I had my AC installed and serviced by another company in Lakeland for years and I was increasingly disappointing with their service. I recently moved into a different house in Lakeland and decided to get a different company to do my AC servicing. I am very glad I went with Rideout & Sons. Tried them out instead of my usual HVAC guys. Never again! They broke equipment on my system and refused to repair it because they "weren't familiar with it", charged me for unnecessary things before getting my approval and was then told to "guess" how much I was being charged. I guessed the price I was given on the phone when I originally called? Nope, $50 more! Congratulations! The tech acted like I was winning some horrible prize I didn't want. I have lived in Lakeland FL for 37 years. My only regret is that I used other a/c companies to service my units until a year ago when I started using Rideout and Sons. They are great at service and installation. I have never had to wait for service when I’ve called with a problem. So grateful for this company!

I own my own business and know and appreciate extraordinary customer service when I see it. When the 14 year old a/c unit in my home took a powder, I expected that the verdict was going to be replacement rather than repair and that was indeed the case when one of Rideout's competitors gave me their estimate. I authorized the job provided it was going to be done in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, their two day estimate turned into 5 days due to the upcoming holiday and that left me in a lurch.
