It was nothing short of a nightmare! They charged me and never even showed up to clean my pool! My pool turned green and I had children over the holidays and I couldn’t even let them swim in the pool. I called the company multiple times to report this. They were very apologetic but never showed up to fix the problem. I hired a new company and within 3 days my pool was clear and I can now enjoy my pool again! I would pass on this one.

BAD, BAD, BAD ! They cost me 4 month we could have sooner enjoyed our new pool. We started in Mai with the planning. By December they still were not able to create a correct design. Therefore measures were wrong and therefore everything else. Pricing was bait and switch! Communication if it happened at all was a catastrophe. Waiting waiting waiting and nothing correct or important was happening for months. Always excuses..... we pulled everything.

I can't speak about the quality of the service but, after waiting weeks for a consultation they call at the very last minute to cancel. This and the seemingly uncaring tone and attitude of the female voice on the phone just gives me the inclination that if this is now at the begining. I can only imagine what it will be later when the contract is signed.

Horrible service. During contract they said they will take 8-12 weeks to complete the construction. They took 8 months to complete. Now it's 1 year and 8 months, did not do city's required inspection. Not giving warranty services.
Bad quality of cleaning service, very frequent change of cleaning tech who are inexperienced to do the job properly. Never recommend them.

They did a greasy job on uber install and were very responsive back in 2000. We called to get a quote to refinish the pool and replace the equipment and add a heat pump. They showed to measure but never gave us a quote. We called them four times and i emailed them once with no follow up. We moved on to Keller pool.

Penguin pools built our swimming pool over 30 years ago and still do the monthly service. They are always here on time. Refered multi friends and all choose Penguin to build their new pools. I know for a fact that some of these reviews are from ex employees that were let go and are apparently disgruntled. Sorry Bechdel family you guys are amazing!!! Loving my new pool..Adam and John Bechdel (Owners) helped me with the design and oversaw the project till the end. Even though I’ve known the family for 20+ years, I shopped other companies and found theirs to be very reasonable, and very creative!! I use them now for my pool maintenance company as well Beyond Satisfied!!

Had an appointment for noon today, called at 12:15 because no one showed up and I left work to meet them. They told me I had an appointment but never got put on the schedule. (Their mess up not mine) then they asked to reschedule me, I said no thanks because they already messed up once and I’d take my business elsewhere. Then the receptionist didn’t say anything, and hung up on me.

Maybe these guys do good works but I will never know, I called them because we bought a house in Lehigh Acres (gasp) and they installed the pool 16 years ago. I called them to come out and give a quote on some tile repairs. I spoke with Sheeri and after a long conversation (she even said she was close to retiring and was looking forward to it) she setup an appointment. Today at 11am came and no show. I called at 12:45 and Sheeri answered and had no idea who I was and couldn't find the appointment.
