Summit Roofing installed our new roof in 2019 and did an excellent job. Recently, we discovered water accumulating inside one of our sun tunnels and gave them a call. Dan came out and went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make sure everything was good and proper. While he quickly diagnosed the issue (condensation, from a gasket we'd installed incorrectly!), he did a thorough job checking other possible causes, including climbing on our snow covered roof to do an outside visual inspection.

We have had Summit do 2 of our groups of condos the last 2 years.
All I can say is they do there work just like Joe tells you. They came in and did our roofs, very nice job, cleaned up like they said and no issues at all. We plan on using them again for our next set of condo roofs.

Rich Luimes from Summit inspected our roof and checked our attic for any leaks. He let me know the shingles would be good for another year but we opted to proceed. Stacey in scheduling coordinated the start date and kept me appraised, the work crew did a great job and were attentive to cleaning up and Jeremy Stacy was at the site a couple times each day during the install. - I would have no trouble recommending Summit Point Roofing.

Rich at Summit Point is the definition of customer service. We bought a house knowing that we would be getting a new roof within a few years, but after I big rain storm we realized we had major water damage. We called Rich and within the day they were there and had a plan to fix the roof and temporarily fixed the issue before the full installation. They were very professional on pricing and came in right in the middle of the 3 bids we had at the time. I would give them a 5 star all the way around. We had one portion of the roof that they did not install and it recently had an issue and within 2

Our experience was the exact opposite of the positive reviews we based our choice on. They made a mess of our yard, ruined trees/ bushes, left shingle scraps and nails everywhere, scratched up our deck and the siding all over our house, etc. We had our roof done in December and are constantly finding new areas of disappointment. Just the other day I noticed an entire row of nails sticking through the eaves where they absolutely shouldn’t be. Even our homeowners insurance made multiple negative comments about our brand new roof when they came for an inspection. We unfortunately experienced terrible

I'm so grateful to have found Summit Point Roofing! They were the 3rd quote we got and they were the only ones not to tell us we needed a whole new roof. The other two businesses said we did, when we just needed a repair. It's hard to find companies that don't just want to take your money. That shows how professional and trustworthy they are. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of working with Summit Point Roofing twice during the past 10 months. The first time, Summit Point replaced a large section of my roof that uses a flat roofing system / product (10/2020). The second time Summit Point replaced the shingle portion of my roof (7/2021). I have one more large flat roof section that is now 5-6 years old, and whenever that section needs to be replaced again, I will be certain to use them.
