Our owner, Bob McCain, has been in residential construction for more than 30 years. Prior to founding his own company in 1999, he worked for several large, award winning, national homebuilders in positions ranging from Construction Manager to Division President. It was here that Bob came to understand that Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Design and Value all go hand in hand.
A custom home does not necessarily mean a higher price; it means building the home the way you want it, with the features that are important to you - not the builder. We will work with you to get the design just right and will make suggestions to you during the entire process both before and even during construction to improve the design.
Additions, kitchen and bath updates, structural remodels and renovations - We do it all - on budget and on time. Our customers tell us that they heard nothing but horror stories from friends about their remodeling experiences and that they can't wait to tell their friends about the great experience with us.
McCain Construction and Remodeling has done several jobs for us during the past three years. Two of the jobs were a standalone garage and the addition of a carport to our second home so that both look like they were not an afterthought. McCain Construction also repaired a significant problem created by a previous builder's mistake on our primary home.
