I am very upset with this company. Consumer beware! They are scamming customers. I was told by Debbie, Brian, and another reoresentstive from NE Septic that under the new Lake County rules that risers were required to be installed and that I needed an annual inspection of my septic. This is false. After I spent $350 on risers, Lake County Health Department informed me that risers are not required, only recommended. Also, yearly inspections are, also, not required. The only requirements are a permit annually, and every 3-5 years the septic needs pumped. When I confronted Debbie from NE Septic her
