I had a time sensitive and important deck repair project. I called several contractors, some of whom did not return calls, others who delayed. I was able to speak with Liz at Family& Friends immediately upon calling and she set up an appointment with Bill shortly thereafter. They provided a fair quote and assured us they would fit the work in before the required date. In short, they did. The workmanship was excellent, price fair and the team was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this firm and will be using them on future home remodeling and building projects.

This company deserves a thumbs down. Family and Friends Builders had disappointed me three times in one month.I call this company for a free estimate on how much will it cost to remodeling my bathroom. First appt. was schedule on a Friday by Ms.Liz but than on Thursday evening I get a call from a Ms. Sharon that they don't do estimates on Fridays. So the appt.was change to Feb. 8th 2018 to 9:00 o'clock. So again for the second time I get a call from Ms. Sharon that they had to cancel my appt. because they wanted to go to the Eagles celebration. So I said ok I wasn't angry about that. All the main work is great. Not so with the finishing touches. They built a bathroom from scratch and it truly is beautiful. I picked out the fixtures and tile. Bathroom is one year old and the towel bar they installed has fallen out of the wall. It’s only used by my husband and me. No one has abused it. Again the main work is very professional. The loose ends were not.
