Our house flooded, leaving all three floors with extensive damage. The initial contractor that we hired was incredibly dishonest and ineffective. Bryan and his team stepped up and took over a bad situation, leaving us with a beautiful remodel that I absolutely love! Bryan is fair, upfront, and easy to work with. Bryan Moore, founder of 303 Construction, is excellent to work with. He is a creative designer with a great eye for maximizing space. He did a great job of designing our kitchen. He is also a very good business man, he is true to his word and gets the job done. He has overseen the gutting and remodel of my laundry room/powder room and my kitchen. We had been waiting almost a year for our architect to get our plans done so we could remodel our home. At our wits end Bryan sourced us a reliable replacement who finished our plans in under 3 weeks!! Even though they were booked out, they folded our project into their other scheduled work. We tried pricing several aspects of the remodel ourselves, and there wasn't one they didn't give savings on. Honest and professional guys. Hard to find these days. After hearing nothing but great things, I contacted 303 to to bring a house I inherited back to life. They replaced every inch of plumbing, electric and hvac before then updating every inch of cosmetic finish work. Successful in bringing 1923 Capital hill bungalow from the dead back to the living. The ideas I received for making it brighter and opening up the spaces were greatly appreciated and a designer was not needed thanks to a great team!

I have been remodeling my house for a few years now and wish I found these guys sooner. They came and helped with plumbing and remodeling a section of my house/ work studio. Not only did they do a great job but Bryan offered awesome design advice / input on my project and it turned out even better than I wanted. Bryan, Tony, and their team at 303 Construction completed a design build/complete remodel of our 5100 square foot home in Castle Pines. From changing our floorplan, redesigning our kitchen and all of our bathrooms, installing new carpet and hardwood flooring, lighting, constructing a new banister, tilework, millwork, basement finish...Bryan and his team did it all. We had an issue with some french tile that flew off the roof during a windstorm earlier this year. I checked them out on Yelp and Nextdoor.com and because of their stellar reviews, gave them a call. Doug Wally came out to inspect the roof and provided a quote over the phone for $1800, which changed to $7800 in a follow up email. Which should have been my first red flag.
We were planning to claim the repairs through insurance since an entire row needed to be fixed and we didn't know the extent of the damage. Doug even met with our insurance adjuster!! But never followed up. I kept calling

Great guys and quality work. My house needed a lot of love and these guys were the right ones for the job. Very helpful and worked with the budget I had. These guys were super helpful when I needed to remodel my kitchen. They took my outdated mess and turned it into something special. The downside is that I may not eat out as much.. haha. Maybe my waistline will like that? Seriously though, what I appreciated most was the good communication. Contractors have a reputation for being sketchy when it comes to giving you good pricing without any hidden costs or calling you back when you need it. The GC here, Bryan, was on top of it and answered all my big and little questions. I can't recommend them enough!

Just wanted to take a minute to give a recommendation to Bryan and Jose at 303 Construction. As you can tell by the name, they are Colorado Natives who live and specialize in transforming the neighborhood.
Not only did they have the needed experience to do my addition and remodel, they had a network in place to handle every step of the process before the first hammer was picked up. They even had a liaison to handle the nightmare of getting plans through the city of Denver. HUGE for me as I don't have the time for anything outside of my career right now.
