Stupid me, I didn't check the reviews for Neighborhood Garage Door Services. Don't hire them!! 4 months after they "fixed" my garage door, it broke. Called and asked for someone to come out to fix problem, they said 4 months is after the warranty. I called O'Brien Garage Doors. They sent an expert technician out and fixed the problem. The tech was great! He told me Neighborhood Garage Door Services should have come out because the warranty should have been for a year. He took pity on me and even reduced the repair price! I will hire and proudly recommend O'Brien Garage Doors to anyone. 10+ rating is what I would give them.

Found on a mailer coupon. I left message to schedule and they replied promptly. Schedule was fair. There needed to be a change and they were excellent in their communication. I had a specific problem that they found quickly. After being a simple fix the Tech took some time to do lubing and a test. Attempted an upsell without be obnoxious. Fair price

I was disappointed that after about 6 weeks I was having the same issue as when I called and had a repair done. When I got back to town and I called to let them know I had the same problem I was told I was probably out of their 30 day warranty and I should try to fix it myself. I have some severe back pain and the last thing I want to do is crawling around the garage floor adjusting the sensors that they could probably do in 2 minutes. Even though I was technically out of their 30 day warranty period I had hoped they would be willing to come back out and make the necessary adjustment (since I was
