AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Saved up money for a long time when my last car was totalled and came here for a used Subaru Outback when I had the money saved up and the owner "Guaranteed" that my car would last years with no problems if I keep up with normal maintenance. 6 months later, after frequently taking to my car to multiple mechanics for inspections, the car had an oil leak from a faulty oil pan gasket and the engine had to completely be replaced from damage of consistent oil problems. Japanese Car Connection will NOT give you your money back for buying a lemon. DO NOT TRUST THE MAJORITY OF USED

Got an awesome vibe from this place, no shark like behavior, and no sense of greed or desperation. I write this review as of two months of owning the Subaru Impreza I picked up and no nasty hidden surprises.

Got a great car, for a great price. All staff was great, they even offered their own masks as an optional solution. Bathroom was squeaky clean

They were great !! I got 2012 Subaru Impreza. I bought the car with a cracked windshield they said they would fix it and did. Jessica was great she answered every question I had and dealt with every concern. They didn't pressure me at all into anything and wanted me to get the best financing deal out there. Thanks guys 😃

Very good selection. I looked at a few before settling on my choice; all of the Subarus I looked at were mechanically sound and well maintained. Both Rick and Chris were amazing, and were able to work with me by preparing paperwork in advance to make my purchase fast and seamless. I'll be coming back.

Great selection! The staff is very pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable about the cars they work on and sell. They put a ton of work into a Subaru Forester I bought and it runs great! It also had a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty which means they really have faith in their hard work!

I bought a 2005 Forester last August, and my experience has been good.
When I first test drove the car, the AC wasn't working. The told me the freon was low, and needed recharging. They recharged the AC at no cost, and I drove away with cold air.
About a week later, the AC was having problems again. I stopped by their shop, they looked at it, and determined the compressor needed replacing. The replacement was under warranty, and they told me it would be a $100 deductible for the replacement. OK, not super awesome. But certainly better than $1,200.
