It all began with a Dream; B.A. Garage Doors was founded by Armando Benavides in 1992. A regular employee who would always look up to better himself and his family. After working for a Septic Tank Company for over 3 years he decided to go work with his brother who at the time owned a Garage Doors Manufacturing Company in South Florida.

I contracted BA Garage Doors to get a new garage door. The quoting process was great. When it came to installation we ran into a few issues because as you all know every project has its challenges. Throughout this process BA Garage doors always communicated with me and addressed my concerns. When I called because something was not right (after they reached out to me asking for feedback) they right away found a way to make it right. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wish I could put NEGATIVE STARS!!!
My husband & I paid to get a new garage door. When it arrived (2 weeks after ordering) it was the wrong size. It was too small to fit. The owners tried convincing me that it was supposed to be that size. When I wouldn't let them install it the wrong size, they had to re order the door in the right size and acted like I was a pain in the a**. THEN when the right size for was delivered 2 weeks AGAIN later, the door was already chipped from poor handling and they installed it crooked. Then when the remotes that came with the door

Uf! Avoid them at all costs.
First, one of the guys, Danny, made an appointment at their store for me to go pick up the parts. I show up, he's not there, he's in Homestead. Then, he calls, I'll be around your house between 4:30 to 5:30, then another woman calls giving me some sob story about it being a family company, blah blah blah and, nope, he's not going to make it either. Would I mind just kind of wating to see when he can show up?
Second, they tried to sell me a $75 part because according to them, I have to buy the entire rail assembly because the traveller on the chain

Firstly, they do not make actual appointments, or give you a time frame of when they are coming. They just tell you that they will call you when they are on the way. After confirming a date I called to see what time they thought the tech was coming. The receptionist said around 2 but no later than 2:30. I waited to call back till 3:30. She then said that she would call the tech but that he would be there soon. I called again and she said at 4:48 that he was leaving in 5 minutes from the job and that he would be there in 30-45 minutes, so I patiently waited to no avail. So, the next morning
