Especially in the bathroom. My fixtures were gleaming and my floors were spotless. I'll definitely be booking with Cleaning House again.

The worst "cleaning" ever. The team arrived several hours late and didn't call to indicate that they would be late. They use poor quality equipment and poor quality cleaning products. When they left, my home needed to be totally cleaned. The owner offered to have someone come and clean, but I would never have these "maids" in my home again. It was THE WORST EXPERIENCE immaginable.

When I talked to Mike to set up the appointment, he didn't tell me about the $50 extra initial charge until just before they were supposed to come.he says he never forgets to tell the client, but I can tell you that they didn't tell me and I thought that was really crummy to wait till just before they're about to come out to tell you that it's going to be the charge plus an additional $50 for the first time

I requested CHM's services late Tuesday evening and they were able to come service my father's home on Thursday afternoon. It was imperative to have the home cleaned before he returned from the hospital. As soon as he walked in the door, he said, "Wow, it smells and looks clean." This was my first time using Cleaning House Maids, and I was pleased with my place. The two cleaners were pleasant, professional and timely, following up when they were on their way and when they were finished. I liked how the website mentions their awareness of COVID-19 and how the cleaning staff would be moving forward, taking the necessary steps to provide safe cleaning. Michael and crew are wonderful. They are prompt, courteous, communicative, and do a great job cleaning my apartment. I have a small two bedroom and they get the place ship shape in about an hour which means that I don't have to take too much time out of my day. I've also had them clean when I am not home and they've left everything in great order.
I have two small dogs who love people and are enthusiastic when we have visitors. The cleaners are always patient and kind with them and I really appreciate that. They also do a great job cleaning up the dog hair!

We needed a cleaning after some work was done at our house just in case of dust etc, since we have young kids.
Our house is pretty small, and we only asked them to clean a few rooms plus kitchen. I figured it would take them an hour tops since it wasn't a huge space. Evelyn from their company was here over 3 hours, and cleaned way more and better than I had anticipated! Her attention to detail was amazing as she literally cleaned every inch of the rooms we had asked for. Pretty sure the house has never been this clean. I'm just sorry we didn't hire them to clean the entire house
