I called Mid-State at the end of May 2021 when my AC was failing to cool the house. It was a weekend. However, Jon came to take a look at my system in less than 24 hours after I placed the call. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The existing system was close to 25 years old along with aging ductwork. We both agreed that it will be… best to replace the ductwork and the HVAC system. He gave me a very competitive estimate and few days ago the entire ductwork, and HVAC system were replaced by Mid-State Heating and Air. Jon and his team (Billy, Grant, and Stan) worked tirelessly

Mid-State Heating and Air replaced our old duct work in a timely manner. They also installed a dynamic air filter. Mid-State has taken care of our heat pump maintenance for several years now. Would highly recommend for that simple reason alone.

We’ve dealt with several HVAC companies, and there are several good ones out there. Mid-State has always been really great! Professional, dependable, reasonable. We’ve used them for routine maintenance on our personal home and rental unit for a few years now, and had them do several installs. We’ve been working with them to install a new system on our second story addition, and after getting quotes for $18k and $3k, theirs came in at a reasonable (and believable) $7k, and they went ahead and installed the line set, so we’re ready to do the rest once we can afford it 😁. Highly recommend

Working with Mid-State Heating and Air was a pleasure. They came out originally on a sunday evening(in 45 minutes!) and attempted a fix. When it didn't last and it revealed my 23 year old system needed to be replaced they were fast to get me a quote and get me scheduled for a replacement. Absolute Pros. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, polite,… and professional. The installers even asked me if their choice of radio station was acceptable. So polite! What a great experience! This week we had all of our duct work replaced. The installers were professional, respectful, hard-working, and showed integrity in their work. The communication often and clearly as to the status of the job, and didn't wrap things up until we were completely satisfied with the work. And, the price was reasonable! I highly recommend this outfit.
