We are about 2 months into our 12 month contract, so I will provide an update if our situation changes, but to date - the service has been perfect; exactly what they promised and we wanted. Effective non-toxic indoor pest treatment that is safe for the whole family.

We have used Nature’s Way for many years. Gina and David are knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to issues. Their hearts are really in what they do! They believe in treating only when necessary and just what’s necessary with safe nontoxic materials. All their employees have been professional and knowledgeable. Their treatments work extremely well, better than the conventional toxic insecticides. Can not recommend highly enough! We love Nature’s Way!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company! First and foremost NO ONE should be using toxic chemicals in their homes. Nature's Way Pest control is not only very safe but extremely effective! I have used this company for my home and business for many years, and have always been 100% satisfied. Before I signed up with Nature's Way in 2011, the home I live in was under contract with Florida Pest Control who came MONTHLY and we had bugs all the time- roaches, silver fish, flies, ants, ick! Natures way is one of the best companies out there because they care about the environment and especially you and your family. Everything is natural and wholesome and safe I highly recommend them. The owner is just fabulous I love Gina and the girls and the guys who work for her especially Jackie and Kelly are terrific. My house was treated before I move in, i had some pest food left to put in the moving box and the garage. Nothing. Was re-treated, nothing works. I asked since I heard it's a 1 year warranty, I was denied because it's my issue, so I have to pay $75 (just a month after I moved )while I was still paying the $300 for the initial treatment. I order some food again, yet I am still dealing with the issue.

I am a nut about things being organic. The customer service has been excellent and the techs who came out were very respectful, knowledgeable and proficient. I love the products they used and wish I had found them sooner.

I've been using their services for nearly a year now and could not be any happier with how my St Augustine grass looks and feels. No worries for my kids and dog's safety either.
