Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Tom was helping with our home plans and after we spent weeks and weeks designing our home he decided he didn’t want to build our house and refused to give us a reason. We have turned this over to HUD for housing discrimination. You see, we purchased property that joins Tom’s property and now he doesn’t want us as neighbors.

First and foremost. 27 anchor bolts, either not seated correctly, or concrete honey comb. They did not address until I talked to owner. Poor toe in framing, I could put many pictures I have saved on this. Our house was not built on time, although we ran into multiple problems. They did come in on budget. But wait a minute, black top only to house, not all the way up drive. Our house does not heat or cool correctly in the master bedroom, of all places!!! I don't believe the unit is big enough, or the house is not built right! We where suppose to have a attic fan with a variable speed. To find out

Built Right was easy to work with, affordable, & quick to build! This was our first time building a home & our first real stick built home. We had ideas of what we wanted, Steve came to our land went over a couple possibilities & created the Jenkins Plan for us by the end of the day. So I can say we actually were the first to have the Jenkins… Plan! My husband & I had a few details that was a MUST have for this house. #1 log siding, we wanted a cabin look #2 open kitchen & living room area #3 big kitchen island with mason jar lights that my husband made for my kitchen

I see areas where… builders take short cuts from time to time but not here. It was a pleasure telling my clients that if I were in the market, I would buy this home. Nicely done.

I see the one-star review from Brian Pippin, I wonder why someone would write a review for a product they don't own. I live in a Built Right home and it is a beautiful, well constructed home. Built Right made it possible through their hard work and dedication to building quality, affordable homes. Call them, stop by the model home, ask them questions, look at the hundreds of homes they have built in the area and you will see for yourself.
