Pay attention to this review and the one from Linette R. Stay away. Taylor lies, doesn't keep his word or timeline. He picked up an area rug from me. I asked him to roll it up as I was moving. After a few weeks, I called and was told he hadn't even started it. When it was finally delivered, it was rolled up as I had requested. However, he rolled it very tightly and the underside was facing out. I decided to re-roll it out so the front side was facing out so when I laid it out is would lie flat. To my great surprise it didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. I called Taylor

Taylor was amazing! He was able to fit me in within a couple days. The carpets I had him clean were a disaster and I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised at how AMAZING they turned out. Spots I didn’t even think were removable were gone! Highly recommend!
