Blairco Inc has been locally owned and operated since 1987. We employ over 35 service/install and office personnel and currently have over 25 service vehicles in our fleet. Blairco is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and NW Natural Service Solutions Certified Dealer. We have handled this line of equipment for over 30 years.
Blairco started in 1987 in a backyard tool shed as a one-man company owned and operated by Joe Blair. Joe graduated from West Coast training in 1982, and after six years as a service technician for Tom Moyer Theaters, he ventured out on his own. After two years in the tool shed, we hired our first service employee and we took off from there.
The installers suggested that we should have been told about roof work as part of the project. Martin and his co-workers seemed to be very competent and efficient in accomplishing the installation. They were very careful and thorough with each phase of the work. The final result was a neatly sealed, quiet new furnace.
We are a local-based company with 30+ years working for Clark County businesses and residents. We are looking for experienced service technicians and residential installers. We service both residential and commercial HVAC systems to include Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Chillers, and Water Source Heat Pumps.

Heat pump went down on coldest morning into Autumn. Contacted Blairco after previous company I used scheduled me two weeks to have a tech come out.
Blairco gave me same day service and I had heat at the end of the day. The tech on site shared with me details of work performed and gave me direction how to better use my thermostat functions connected to the heat pump.

All other companies I called had anyone available for weeks to a month. These guys took my info and said if they finish early or have a cancelation, they'd be out and same day they fit us in because we had no heat and they wanted to help. The service tech, Michael, checked everything thoroughly and noticed my inducer was catching so instead of… getting a new one, he took it out and cleared it, saving me $200/300. I am more than happy to have heat now and not a month from now and also that it was a mix cheaper visit thab expected. Thank you guys!!

Blairco has serviced our properties over the last 3 decades and their reputation speaks for itself. Voted Clark County's Best many times over and for good reason. Not always easy to get an appointment in July but again it's because this business has a skilled team of employees top to bottom who take real good care of their customers. I have personally referred over 10 customers to them over the years with everyone of them quite satisfied.

Michael was great. Very thorough and was willing to spend time to explain the work to me in detail (I love lots of detail). Also provided potential issues that may arise later, how to look out for them and what it might cost to fix, etc. I signed a yearly maintenance agreement on the spot which got me $20 off my service! I always like saving a few bucks! Highly recommend.

I am completely happy and satisfied with the work Martin and his co-workers from Blairco did installing a new gas furnace in my home. My previous furnace was installed in 1996 and worked like a charm, but it was time to update. I contacted Shaun at Blairco (professional, informative and easy to talk with). I would love to recommend Blairco based on their installation guys alone, but the customer service people are not great at all. I initially called to get an estimate, that went well. I scheduled the install, that also went well. When the new carrier multi head system started acting up after the first week I called. They said well it looks like it… is under warranty. I will call you back when I get ahold of the service department. I waited three days. I called back and got the same poor service, but got a service person to come out. He said it was something that would require a sales person
