Had RATS above the kitchen ceiling and trying to get into the kitchen cabinets. Called three Pest Control companies for their quote. One wanted $650.00 to rid us of the varmints. MARK CAIN of HALO PEST CONTROL was the only "inspector" that found where the rats were getting into the house and where they were hiding. Figured he had the best knowledge of their behavior... PLUS, his quote was CONSIDERABLY lower. He blocked the rats' access to the house, and set traps where he found that they hid. Got rid of 3 or 4 of the varmints. That was a couple of years ago, and have had no problem

I originally felt I’d found a great pest control service. Until I realized in October he had not visited me since April!! There was no notification of any kind. Just said he had medical excuse and couldn’t do my home. Which I would have understood if he had simply notified me, and wasn’t continuing service other places... I was in good standings with my payments he just dropped me with no notice or plan to help me!!
Showing me my account didn’t matter to him. I’ll pass on the Halo Service!

If you want a valid inspection for Wood Destroying Organisms, and not an inspection for all pests and insects, do not choose this company. They are not performing WDO inspections, they are trying to get pest control contracts by inspecting for non-WDO organisms. Huge conflict of interest! The inspector reported non-WDO for a WDO inspection and despite being asked twice, would not say whether termite droppings found were historic or current, and he found no evidence of live, current termites. Just looking to get the pest control contract. HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST! Find someone not attached to a
