We've had these guys for our building exterminators forever. They are not good at all. Invoices did not come in 1. We actually got 3 separate invoice a month - we didn't even figure out we were getting charged triple what we thought we were paying b/c of their weird invoicing! Then we had to request multiple times for the to combine the invoices - that took forever. Then we cancel one service - oh imagine the difficulty in that.
Now are are canceling, and they charged us 2 months going forward. Nowhere did we agree to essentially over 60 day cancellation notice. Why does pest

Unfortunately, I was told they take credit cards for the $175 inspection (and the Yelp page says so too) but got a 180 after the person inspected my apt yesterday. I explained that the webpage and phone rep said the company takes credit cards-- and that's the reason I chose them (I'm at a place in my life where I have to pay for things in credit right now/just started a new job). He said "cash or check only" and just stood there, otherwise indifferent. Thank god I actually found my checkbook from 5 years ago and recently borrowed money for something else. But that put me out

Don't Ever Use This Company
I needed a bed-bug inspection completed ASAP for the sale process of my apartment; Pest Away said they could do it same day in the evening, and I scheduled an appointment for 7:30pm, that was then pushed back to 9:30pm (which was fine). But, Vincient Ng (my contact at Pest Away) texted me he would be late (about 30min). But by 10:30pm, he stopped responding and never showed up. I gave him numerous chances to just respond that evening and the following day (even if he could no longer do the job). He has never responded back. Buyers beware!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PESTAWAY FOR BED BUG TREATMENT. THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.
Pestaway's Green Treatment is costly and ineffective, even if they claim it is fast and effective. After 4 treatments where each treatment required a canine inspection, we knew we made a mistake using Pestaway in the Spring of 2014. Jeff Eisenberg uses his book and "expertise" as the ploy to rip you off.
Don't pay Pestaway upfront for their BB treatment. And, insist on a guarantee that begins AFTER the job is complete. After failing miserably to remedy our problem

Working with this company is infuriating and mostly just a lesson in frustration. It took 3 calls to get a price, with them changing costs for various services along the way. Call 1: Steam + chemical treatment - $670. Call 2: Steam + Chemical treatment - $850, but since you're adding the vacant apartment upstairs we should be able to make a deal. We'll call you back. *Wait 4 hours, give up and call them back* Call 4: "Agent: Why would I ever say $670 - how dare you accuse me of saying such a thing. Me: Ok - not the point - can we talk about the final price?" Steam + Chemical

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH 'THE EXTREME GREEN Treatment. I had four green treatments for bed bugs followed by three chemical treatments and a dusting of the walls where they drilled holes in my walls and placed chemicals. NOTHING THIS COMPANY DID WORKED. It is definitely not the thinking man's company as advertised. They never discovered the source of my problem. After months of misery and displacement from my apartment, I hired another company who solved the issue in 3 weeks. This owner never appeared on the premises to see what the problem was after all these failures. The new company

We called Pest Away on a rainy Sunday night, and Al was able to come over within an hour to deal with a horribly upsetting mouse sighting in my apartment. He had helped us once before with an issue of water bugs, and is really professional and thorough. If it wasn't for Pest Away, we would not have been able to sleep at night! Thank goodness for this company. Money well spent.

The people at Pest Away are great! Having an infestation is a truly horrendous experience. One of the worst ever! Think of it...bugs in your bed and they bite you! Truly creepy. And let's not even talk about the fear and stigma attached!
Dealing with Pest Away is pleasant from the first encounter. Sherrell is soothing, supportive, and most important very knowledgeable. The guys in the field (I got Jonathan and Cornell) are prompt and pleasant. This is not one of those companies that says they are coming between 9 and 11 and then show up at 12.
Let's hope Jonathan and Cornell succeeded

These people have loads of good information, are very helpful and are high on integrity! I thought I had bedbugs and they recommended a dog detection service, which spared me a huge hassle, and loads of money!
If you think you have bedbugs go see them and they will take a look at your bites and recommend the next steps. My bites were sketchy and they could have totally ripped me off by telling me they were sure they were bedbugs, but they didn't.
I would recommend them.
