First thing is Nick was a great guy but was really bad with being available at the front desk, my wife stopped going there because she was waiting an extremely long time. Today was the second time I have been to World Auto for service after Nick. I went in to have my truck inspected and was promptly taken care of and when I returned to pick it up it was already out of the bay and George was at the front to take care of the business end of the deal. So far I have nothing but good things to say about World Auto especially the service aspect of the business A+.

I was in the market for a specific vehicle. A 2007-2011 e90 BMW 328xi, automatic with sport package and paddle shifters. After driving over an hour twice in the past week to see 2 different vehicles that had these options that I had wanted, I came across a similar vehicle listed by World Auto Sales. Purchased a car for only $1000 on 6/8/2016 and it is already in need of major repair, including needing a head gasket. I understand $1000 doesn't get much but it should get more than 2 weeks. I called even though I knew what they were going to say, as is, to see if they'd buy it back or God forbid refund my money and all Paul would say it's as is, his hands are tied. When I was there I saw young people cleaning cars, which is great, but no one fixing cars, which is not so great. I knew this was a temporary fix but I would have been better off renting a car for a month. How about

Information sheet posted on the car clearly stated that it came with a warranty. When I asked what the warranty covers, Paul said "That's a typo", and that the car didn't actually have a warranty. Paul also lied about the condition of the car, as he claimed the power locks functioned without issue, when in fact the back door could not be unlocked.

I been searching around for a Mercury mariner hybrid 2006 -2010 that was in my price range. Found this place on cars.com. This place specially Paul was very courteous and pleasant. They had some other nice vehicles as well but he had my 2008 Mercury mariner hybrid baby blue. Even though I got there late in the evening he didn't rush me.
