Great express service. They do need a system in place especially when you're standing there and there are 3 persons to the right sitting and don't acknowledge you. A mechanic was the one that asked me if I had been helped. He then went out of his way to go find the person in charge of express, that was really nice of him. Then, he let me know that she was with another customer and would be back soon. So my question is what are the other 3 sitting to the right of the entrance doing except looking at computer screen or talking to each other about random things.
