Had a great experience with Plumb Unique just now. I needed a toilet installation and not only were they transparent about pricing, so there was no last minute surprises like you get with other companies, but they also had good availability as I was able to have the toilet installation the next morning after booking. Someone referred Plumb Unique to me to address broken washer waterline valves. I have to say that the positive reviews from others are spot on. I was pressed for time, and Pam at the front office was able to fit me into a timeslot the same day. Josh was the plumber that was sent out to my house, and wow just a very courteous and professional guy. He quickly replaced the valves and the cost was very reasonable. This company will be at the top of my list for my future plumbing needs.

Home Depot contractors were unable to hook up my new washing machine until shut off valves were replaced. I called Plumb Unique and there happened to be someone already working on the property and they were here in 30 mins., went and purchased the new shut off valves, hooked it up and had it up and running in 2 hours. I was totally amazed. He even put my door back up for me since it was located in a closet and it had to be removed for it to get in. I' will most definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

I had an old jetted tub that needed to be replaced in my guest bathroom. Plumb Unique showed up quickly to provide me a good quote at no charge. Two weeks later they completed the job in one day. The crew was very clean and proficient. They also showed up exactly on time at 9 AM and took care of a few small items that were not originally in the estimate.

Sorry but the service manager didn't talk to me about charging a third time if there was a different stoppage. MY SISTER WAS TOLD NO CHARGE BY WOMAN ON PHONE. I told SERVICE MANAGER after the 3rd time there was supposed to be no charge. He had no idea

I texted in the morning, non-emergency, but they happen to have an evening appointment available the same day to do a water heater flush and service... Upon inspectioning my water heater it turned out there were some small leaks on the top and the bottom of the tank and it needed to be replaced. Also the city codes have changed over the years and so they needed to bring some thing up to spec. Because it was an electric WH, they didn't have one in the van. Chris the technician ordered the replacement, and brought it 2 days later with an assistant; they installed it, with the updated code

Just had RotoRooter come to my house and fix what this company should have done a week ago. The person who came out from Uniqudidn't even check my clean outs, use a hand held auger and then complained that his auger broke during the process. Very unprofessional and a waste of $185. Do not use this company, if you would like a good company let me know and I'll give you the number if RotoRooter rep who went the extra mile to fix my situation. We had our foundation sink in the front bathroom and we came home to the sound and sight of water leaking out of the bathroom fixtures and the side of the house. Plumb Unique was one of three plumbers we had come out to quote us for the work, and was the only one to perform a full diagnostic of the actual issue. They turned the water back on long enough to get an idea of the issue and, after getting our permission, cut into the drywall on the other side of the bathroom to find that the pipe had disconnected in the wall and not in the foundation (thank the Lord). What a great company! They were easy to work with, able to get a team out on a Friday afternoon, and straightforward on pricing. They instructed that if they had to bring out the electric auger, that the charge would be $175. They did a fantastic job and after about an hour of using the machine, my drains were clear. I knew had a water leak on my property because of the increased water bill. I thought it might be caused by the sprinklers system. Two different sprinkler companies came out and were not helpful at all. They were unable to diagnose the issue nor provide a recommendation on next steps.
After that, I had a plumber come out who advice it was a sprinkler problem.

I got a call reminding me they were coming the evening before, a call when they were 30 minutes away and a call to make sure I was satisfied 30 minutes after he left. AWESOME! I shopped around for a reasonable deal and they were also the least expensive. Gave me a best case scenario price and worse case scenario after i described my issue. And it just so so happened it was a best case scenario. Will keep their number but hope I don't need it! Would definitely recommend to friends!

I had problems with my drain and needed someone fast. I placed a request on Yelp late one afternoon and got a response and a phone call within minutes. The next day I was placed on a stand-by list which resulted in an actual appointment with Josh and Christian. They came and resolved my issue within 30 minutes.

Imagine my apprehension when, this past weekend, I turned on the hose outside only to have water stream out the brick siding! Plumb Unique came out to my home today to fix the faucet which had frozen and burst. They were professional and friendly, and fixed the problem right away. It was a hassle-free experience, and I was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend them.
