Ed Kinney, Kin Co, did a restoration/update for us after a water leak ruined our kitchen. Each day he would let me know what work they completed and what time they would arrive the next day and what they planned to do then. Every day the area was swept and cleaned up. I have seen other handy men's sites that stay messy and it's a tripping hazard. Ed is very easy to work with and honest. I would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, we are working with him on a commercial project. I posted before and after photos.
