We hired Powerbees as part of a neighborhood consortium. They offered a great rate so we took them up on their offer! Not knowing what to expect (since it was the first time the vents had been cleaned in over 3 years) and knowing how dirty they had become, I wondered what the end result would be. They mapped every vent in the house and didn't miss anything! They went above and beyond with the dryer venting as well. I would highly recommend them to come into clean your vents as well. No hassles!

PowerBees did a very through and professional job remediating an extensive mold problem in our Dad's basement before we put his house up for sale. I'm pretty picky about work we have done, so when I say they really impressed me I mean it! Jonathan and his team were very knowledgeable and good at conveying technical information to us laymen. They were careful about containing the area where there was mold so it wouldn't spread to other areas when they began treating it. Would not use them again. Powerbees cleaned the dryer vent for a rental unit I own a couple of years ago, then again a couple of months ago. Shortly after the cleaning, the tenants were having problems with the dryer and I called a repair guy who said it was a venting issue, even though the vent had just been cleaned.
Powerbees came back and found that the venting was disconnected inside the wall and the tubing was torn. They claimed they had nothing to do with it and didn't want to take responsibility for fixing it, despite the fact that they are the only ones who had been inside the wall

Services were prompt, professional and thorough. Our technician Andrey was very friendly and kind. He made sure to cover any furniture he would be working over and cleaned up any messes he left behind. He worked as quickly as possible but went above and beyond what was asked of him. I called Powerbees for dryer vent cleaning services and was called back within a half hour to set up an appointment. The guy was very thorough and, although my vent was free of debris, he took the extra steps to disassemble my dryer to make sure no obstructions were hiding within the unit. Great service!

I was surprisingly impressed by this company. Didn't really know what to expect, but had realized that I had never had my vents and ducks cleaned in my house and we had lived here 16 years.
My son had been suffering from an allergy type illness, and my doctor suggested I have my vents cleaned to see if that would help.
I can let you know it's not cheap. I paid over $600 to have it done. However, they did everyduct and vent as well as cleaned and replaced my dryer vent hose. Classics super nice and pleasant and respectful as well.

This company gets 5 stars for their customer service. I emailed about air duct cleaning and received a phone call within the hour. I spoke with John M. who was informative, clear, and friendly. I scheduled an air duct cleaning for the next day. Robert J. did a wonderful job- he taught me about my heating/cooling system, showed me where the filter goes, talked me through the cleaning process, and ended up cleaning my dryer ducts as well.
I considered giving 4 stars because the service left my house pretty messy. Robert vacuumed and cleaned what he could, but I still had to sweep, mop, and dust

After some pretty severe damage from the snow this winter, Power Bees the demolition/drying out of the affected wall. They were professional, courteous, worked with my insurance company, and completed everything in a very timely manner. They also kept me updated at every stage of the project. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great. Professional, responsive, and trustworthy.
