Austin Suiter was fantastic! He did a great job, and was quick with the repair. Fry heating and cooling is a company I now highly recommend. They were able to get a technician to our house within an hour. If your are looking for a fairly priced company with highly efficient technicians then definitely give them a call.

They came to check my furnace because the chimney was blocked. They came and did a safety check and made sure the furnace was working properly after this happened.
Chris came and checked everything and reassured me. He was very kind and thorough in his work. They also came out very quickly because I had to turn my furnace off and it was very cold outside. They're always just a phone call away. I've had this service since I've owned my home and I've always had good service! I would recommend them to anyone!

Austin initially came out as my heating unit was pushing out cold air. After his initial resting we found the unit was just old and that a new system would correct the issue . I worked with Amber and Dan to schedule an install and get the right unit for my home. Jesse and Jonathan came out to install and were both very professional. They kept the area tidy and did a wonderful job with the install. I even have them set to come back out about my AC when it warms up again.

Chris was great. Very impressed so far but need more work to complete so didn't give 5 stars. Also why I didn't give good quality, value since work isn't complete yet, not positive how it will turn out. First time user though and would highly recommend this company.

Larry was honest, polite and professional. Really appreciate the turnaround time and professionalism all away around. Highly recommended.
I also needed a plumber for a rental property and Cameron fixed a leaking kitchen sink. He went to the hardware store and replaced the part and was very helpful and polite. It was also extremely easy to pay on my device. Thank you!

We needed to replace our entire HVAC system - not only was the estimate one of the lowest our sales rep didn't try and sell us a system that was too large for our square footage. The installers were friendly timely and our sales rep showed up on the day of installation o make sure the project was moving along and the installation didn't have any problems. The best part is we are already reaping the benefits of a more energy efficient system.

I needed to replace two systems (A/C and Furnace) and knowing this was going to be an expensive investment to our home, reached out to the major heating and cooling companies in the Toledo area; six to be exact. In addition, I did research to understand the pros/cons of each brand as well as the try to get my mind around the infinite system configuration options available (e.g. single stage, two stage, multi-stage, etc.).

Fry has been our Heating and Air Conditioning company for well over 25 years. They deliver good service.
I called less than 2 weeks ago, and set up a time to have our new furnace inspected for the Fall season (We bought a Guardian (York) Furnace and AC unit, directly from Fry, and installed by Fry. (January this year)). We follow Fry's recommendations and have our furnace checked, before the winter weather gets cold, and again every spring the AC is checked.
